Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Director to develop and implement solutions for clinical trial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to create proposals and pricing for clinical trials
- Drive sales through the lifecycle and establish relationships with customers
- Mentor junior team members and shape commercial and product strategy based on customer insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Phase I - IV clinical trials
- 3+ years in an external-facing role with industry professionals
- Medical and scientific knowledge required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
