Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Implementation).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live support during customer calls to ensure smooth implementation of the platform
- Guide customers through API configuration and tailor custom solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party partners and collaborate with the Product team for feedback
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Familiarity with the tech stack, including Rails, React, Typescript, and GraphQL
- Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare software
- Experience with supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and experiences in healthcare
