Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Solutions Engineer will support Account Managers by translating customer business needs into technical requirements and practical solutions, while building tailored proofs of concept, forms, workflows, and reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering to document customer processes and desired outcomes
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and SiteDocs configurations
- Build tailored forms, workflows, dashboards, and proofs of concept that reflect customer needs and processes
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a customer-facing technical role
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into practical solutions
- Ability to configure or build software solutions, including workflows and automations
- Familiarity with software development is an asset
- Proficiency in mapping current processes and designing improved workflows
