Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix's observability platform in customer environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
