Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
- Provide essential information regarding access to care, benefits, and coverage
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
