Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
  • Provide essential information regarding access to care, benefits, and coverage
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options

Required Qualifications
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
