Job Summary
A company is looking for a Special Services Coordinator to manage consumer accounts for legal action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare consumer accounts for legal action, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Communicate with consumers, attorneys, and clients regarding accounts in the litigation process
- Maintain legal collection files and ensure timely updates on accounts with pending legal actions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology and ability to interpret legal documents
- Experience in handling garnishments is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
