Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Benefits Underwriting Consultant to manage underwriting, pricing, and processing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial experience rating calculations and ongoing financial reviews
- Validate renewals and proposals for accuracy, including utilization and experience reporting
- Evaluate, recommend, and negotiate pricing while communicating financial positions to sales personnel
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous specialty underwriting experience
- Proven intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience with Risk Management (preferred)
- 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of presentation experience (preferred)
