Job Summary
A company is looking for a Splunk Engineer for a remote position with a tenure of 12+ months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard data into Splunk using various ingestion methods and enhance Splunk infrastructure
- Support and maintain Splunk infrastructure, troubleshoot server and agent issues, and design production-quality dashboards
- Automate processes, monitor infrastructure for optimization, and research hardware and software enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Splunk development/administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with UNIX/Linux administration
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and shell
- Experience with Splunk Enterprise on AWS and Splunk Cloud
