Sr Analyst HRIS
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, HRIS (Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Time & Labor) - REMOTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical operations of Oracle HCM Cloud system, data analysis, reporting, system administration, and project management
- Provide HRIS support for recurring HR initiatives and system upgrades
- Gather business requirements for defects and enhancements related to the HR system and collaborate with IT on solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of direct HRIS experience
- Direct Oracle HCM Cloud or similar time and labor system experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms and systems related to various HR functions
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, knowledge of SQL, and experience with Oracle Time & Labor module
