Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from C-Suite to global teams to ensure success with the platform
  • Collaborate with customers and account teams to create Success Plans and strategic planning sessions
  • Engage with customers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through risk identification

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with complex SaaS products
  • Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configurations
  • Experience using Success Plans to align goals and metrics
  • Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools
