Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from C-Suite to global teams to ensure success with the platform
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to create Success Plans and strategic planning sessions
- Engage with customers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through risk identification
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with complex SaaS products
- Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configurations
- Experience using Success Plans to align goals and metrics
- Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools
