Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Evaluate and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, CFA) is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems like Workday, Tableau, Oracle
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
