Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Content & Knowledge Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality content experiences aligned with organizational goals
• Design and execute knowledge management frameworks and practices to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify content and knowledge needs and ensure alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in knowledge management or related field, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing knowledge bases, content support teams, and implementing knowledge management strategies
• Experience with AI-driven knowledge management tools and content automation is a plus
• Certification in Knowledge Management or Content Strategy is desirable
