Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager: Customer Advocacy & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly navigate internal relationships with sales account teams and sales leadership to drive advocacy and engagement
  • Initiate, facilitate, and manage customer engagements for top global strategic accounts
  • Create and launch a global customer advocacy program and coordinate customer reference activities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of customer marketing experience in SaaS
  • Strategic and tactical capabilities in analyzing markets and competitors
  • High energy with the ability to establish meaningful relationships in a dynamic environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills and ability to provide clear, structured customer engagement plans
  • Experience in launching advocacy programs and CCaaS customer relationship building is a plus
