Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist focused on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs for the Field Leader workforce
- Develop and deliver high-impact leadership development programs aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute talent management strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Licensing: FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or to be obtained within 120 days
