Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and refine variable compensation plans to drive sales performance
Analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to evaluate plan effectiveness
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of compensation plans with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in variable compensation and sales/revenue operations
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs
Proficiency with software tools related to variable compensation
Understanding of compliance and legal requirements related to sales compensation
