Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Variable Compensation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and refine variable compensation plans to drive sales performance

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in variable compensation and sales/revenue operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs
  • Proficiency with software tools related to variable compensation
  • Understanding of compliance and legal requirements related to sales compensation
