Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior WAF (Akamai) Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Akamai Technology Features, including WAF, DDoS, Bot Manager, and more
- Conduct technical reviews with Akamai and application teams during onboarding
- Handle alerts and incident requests related to security events and attacks
Required Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related experience
- Experience with Web Application Firewall, Akamai WAF, DDOS, and related tools
- Familiarity with Firewall, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus technologies
