Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant for OTC (Order to Cash).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own collection processes for assigned areas and lead monthly collection review meetings
• Support the implementation of new billing models and execute monthly billing cycles
• Reconcile various accounts and resolve customer or internal partner inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
• Experience with Microsoft FO Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar AR software preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
