Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to perform various accounting tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic accounting procedures including A/R, A/P, and month-end closing
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with special accounting projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or similar environments
- Prior experience in the mortgage banking industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with LoanVision ERP system strongly preferred
