Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer with Data Science skills to lead the development of end-to-end fraud detection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems for fraud detection
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and detect fraudulent activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection signals and enhance backend systems
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with exposure to data science
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems
- Proficiency in GoLang (or equivalent) and experience with real-time data processing
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch
