Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design strategy for large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute design work for large-scale initiatives, aligning with product goals
- Own the design process from concept to launch, including user research and prototyping
- Advance Product Design discipline through exploration and adoption of new trends and tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Individual Contributor in Design with a strong portfolio
- 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Expertise in UX/UI and visual design, including color theory and accessibility
- Advanced skills in collaborating and leading within a remote, distributed team
- Applied knowledge of research strategies and methods in the design thinking process
