Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic pricing and packaging experimentation within a SaaS environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance customer journeys
- Lead data-informed experiments to measure the impact on customer behavior and business metrics
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth product management, specifically in SaaS pricing and packaging
- Proven track record in developing pricing strategies in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics like Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR)
- Experience with data analytics and hypothesis-driven experimentation in pricing optimization
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
