Required Qualifications

- Significant back-end programming experience with distributed systems at scale
- Proven track record of impactful technical initiatives prioritizing performance and cost efficiency
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
