Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Developer Platform & AI Tooling) to contribute to platform-wide initiatives focusing on CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AI tooling integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered developer tooling and enhance CI/CD platform performance
• Strengthen platform reliability and security in Kubernetes, standardizing deployment practices
• Create templates and documentation to facilitate developer adoption and reduce support load

Qualifications

• Staff-level experience in building platform capabilities with measurable outcomes
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems, Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of AI for engineering, including prompt design and integrating LLMs
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages relevant to platform work
• Strong instincts for security and reliability in software development
