Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager - SRE.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SRE and Infrastructure engineering teams to enhance operational excellence
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs across multiple teams
- Develop and implement incident management procedures and report on metrics
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager
- Experience delivering complex projects across different organizational groups
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Confluence and common software development tools
- Familiarity with public cloud technology (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
