Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive operational excellence within their R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term Jira strategy, including architecture and optimized workflows
• Oversee the design and execution of the Jira Transformation and Governance program portfolio
• Develop and implement change management strategies and training programs for improved Jira practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Staff TPM or similar role in large-scale program transformations
• Advanced proficiency in Jira administration, automation, and configuration of workflows
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level Jira implementations and governance models
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with global or distributed teams across diverse cultural settings
