Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with internal controls
- Manage financial operations and lead the finance and accounting team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and CPA preferred
- 15+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in technology services
- Experience in financial and organizational leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and government contracting services compliance
- Proven ability to manage external auditors and compliance-related issues
