State Licensed Managing General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing General Counsel to lead and supervise its legal team and provide strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department
• Supervise attorneys and staff, including project assignment and review
• Assist in managing department operations, including budgeting and legal research

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree
• Minimum of ten years of legal experience
• Minimum of four years of effective management experience
• Litigation experience with expertise in animal law, administrative law, and/or environmental law
• Member in good standing of a state bar association
