State Licensed Member Experience Director
Job Summary
Driving membership retention strategies, the full-time remote State Licensed Member Experience Director will develop and implement initiatives to enhance member satisfaction across Medicaid and other lines of business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance member and provider experiences
- Develop strategies to address pain points in pharmacy, network relations, and other critical areas affecting overall experience
- Establish performance metrics and communicate extensively with departments to achieve membership retention targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Medicaid Managed Care, particularly in sales or outreach roles
- Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience
- Process Improvement (Six Sigma) expertise
- Active State Life and Health and/or Disability License without infraction
