State Licensed Technical Claims Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Claims Specialist in Worker's Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical oversight to high-risk and complex workers compensation claims
- Serve as the primary point of contact for critical national initiatives and manage complex projects
- Develop WC guidelines, policies, procedures, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of Workers Compensation claim handling experience
- CPCU, AIC designation, or adjuster licensing program preferred
- Ability to mentor, train, and lead technical claim staff
- Strong knowledge source for adjusters
- Experience in developing reports, metrics, and process improvement plans
