Stock Plan Administrator

Job Summary

Assisting in the administration of global employee equity programs, the full-time Stock Plan Administrator will manage equity grants, option exercises, and RSU releases while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Legal teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in transaction processing using the Fidelity PSW system for option exercises, RSU releases, and ESPP purchases
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Tax, and Payroll teams to provide timely information regarding equity transactions
• Prepare Section 16 reports and ensure SOX compliance for all aspects of the equity plan

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in stock plan administration at a public company
• Experience with Fidelity PSW and processing equity transactions
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)
• Advanced skills in Excel
