Job Summary

A company is looking for a Storage Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Agile service management framework for STaaS operations
Ensure completion of operational tasks and infrastructure changes
Identify areas for operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or High School diploma with 12+ years' experience
Experience managing STaaS operations and storage infrastructure up to 10 PB
Expert knowledge of storage standards, technologies, and operations
Experience working in an SLA environment and managing system uptime of 99.9% or more
