Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (East Coast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and build relationships with large, complex accounts, acting as the primary contact for senior executives
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives to ensure sustainable growth
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts in a software/SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Strong foundation in articulating business value within technology domains
  • Expertise in navigating and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
