Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (East Coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with large, complex accounts, acting as the primary contact for senior executives
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives to ensure sustainable growth
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts in a software/SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Strong foundation in articulating business value within technology domains
- Expertise in navigating and closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
