Job Summary
Managing high-value relationships across key pharmaceutical and contract research organization accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive technology adoption, develop multi-year account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs in both North America and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the portfolio for assigned pharma and CRO accounts, developing strategies aligned with customer priorities
- Identify expansion opportunities and lead contract negotiations with a partnership-oriented approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and support onboarding and long-term utilization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or capital equipment sales within pharma, CRO, biotech, or life science technology
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
- Ability to influence senior leaders in scientific, operational, and procurement roles
- Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degrees preferred
