Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Claims Director for Complex Property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Complex Commercial Property adjusters and provide guidance and feedback
- Provide technical oversight on complex claims with emphasis on coverage and risk transfer
- Participate in quality assurance audits, claim reviews, and process efficiency development
Required Qualifications:
- Strong coverage acumen in Commercial Property claims
- Experience in claim oversight and training of technical claims staff
