Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Client Executive to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and strategic plans
- Achieve annual revenue targets through client renewals, retention, and product optimization
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in client management
- Proven success in revenue management and client retention
- Extensive knowledge of the Payor and TPA space
- Experience collaborating with key business partners across various functions
