Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize the value of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical resource for customers, providing expert guidance on product deployment and optimization
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers and provide ongoing support
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the company to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, RESTful architecture, SQL, and web services
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and enterprise-level integrations is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
