Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers to drive value and achieve measurable outcomes
- Champion the adoption of solutions and provide strategic guidance to C-level executives
- Conduct regular business reviews to articulate ROI and strengthen client alignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS B2B environment
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and delivering impactful presentations
- Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and deliver actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Salesforce
- Business fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
