Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers to drive value and achieve measurable outcomes
  • Champion the adoption of solutions and provide strategic guidance to C-level executives
  • Conduct regular business reviews to articulate ROI and strengthen client alignment

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and delivering impactful presentations
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and deliver actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Salesforce
  • Business fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
