Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Champion and nurture company culture, values, and mission
- Provide consultative solutions and coaching to business leaders and employees
- Leverage people analytics to anticipate opportunities and drive strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM or SPHR preferred
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR leadership roles
- Experience in a rapidly scaling organization
- Ability to identify and disrupt systems conflicting with an anti-racist culture
- Experience working with diverse teams
