Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations, Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Observational Research study start-up processes and documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee documentation prerequisites for submission readiness and maintain action logs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of project management or operations experience
• Associate's degree with 8 years of project management or operations experience
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of project management or operations experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is preferred
