Strategy & Analytics Associate

Job Summary

Driving analytical insights for strategic growth, the full-time remote Strategy & Analytics Associate will identify business challenges, build financial models, and partner with senior leaders to inform decision-making across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and structure high-impact business challenges, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast the impact of strategies and measure performance against forecasts
• Design and execute tests, translating results into actionable business decisions while managing ad hoc analysis and KPI reporting

Required qualifications

• BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics within corporate, consulting, or investment banking environments
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Expertise in SQL, with knowledge of R and/or Python preferred
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud
