- Oversee Campus Launchers' performance and support teams in meeting targets
- Develop recruitment strategies to build a motivated team of Campus Launchers nationwide
- Create and implement strategies to drive college growth and exceed performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to shape company vision
- Experience in leading initiatives and achieving goals in team settings
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel modeling
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
