Student Accounts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Representative responsible for managing collections and resolving delinquent student accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned student accounts for payment accuracy and contact students regarding delinquent payments
• Work with students to establish satisfactory payment terms and process inquiries related to open balances
• Prepare financial reports and collaborate with other functions to resolve disputes and recommend account adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in collection procedures and dispute resolution is highly desired
• Experience in an automated call center environment and knowledge of financial billing systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a high-volume production environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
