Student Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Finance Analyst I to analyze student finance trends and support financial assistance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports to analyze student finance trends and assist with disbursement processes
• Provide customer support to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in student financial assistance programs or customer service
• Familiarity with Federal Student Aid web-based applications preferred
• Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of higher education regulations or accounts receivable preferred
