Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor I to provide proactive support to students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new student enrollment by providing information on programs, costs, and funding options
- Monitor student accounts and proactively identify academic and financial obstacles
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the designated systems
Required Qualifications
- Some college coursework is required
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
- Ability to access and maintain the NSLDS system without being in default of Title IV Federal aid
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
- A work environment free of distractions during scheduled shifts
