Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor I to provide proactive support to students throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new student enrollment by providing information on programs, costs, and funding options
  • Monitor student accounts and proactively identify academic and financial obstacles
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the designated systems

Required Qualifications
  • Some college coursework is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
  • Ability to access and maintain the NSLDS system without being in default of Title IV Federal aid
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
  • A work environment free of distractions during scheduled shifts
