Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely assistance and problem resolution to students via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain compliance with federal student privacy laws and internal policies
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective student support and meet performance goals

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Understanding of FERPA guidelines and student privacy regulations
  • Capability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
