Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance and problem resolution to students via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain compliance with federal student privacy laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective student support and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Understanding of FERPA guidelines and student privacy regulations
- Capability to work independently with limited supervision
- Knowledge of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
