Subcontract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontract Manager to oversee subcontract sourcing and management for specialized goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and execution phases
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies while assessing supplier performance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior subcontract specialists and manage supplier relationships

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle or similar business application software
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with FAR and DFARS regulations
• Possess an active, in-scope DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of combined experience or 13 years with a Master's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, or Contracts
