A company is looking for a Supervisor of Instructional Design, ELA K-5 to lead and innovate in educational content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Instructional Designers to create impactful educational content
- Oversee external vendors to ensure project alignment and quality standards
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute digital programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English Language Arts, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, and proficiency with design authoring tools
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design research and application
- Proven track record in creating interactive educational materials and multimedia
