Supervisor Utilization Management RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and tracking UM resources to ensure adherence to performance, compliance, quality, and efficiency standards
• Collaborating with the UM team to resolve complex care member issues
• Educating and providing resources for the UM team on key initiatives and facilitating communication between team, members, and providers

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
• Active RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
• Experience in developing and implementing UM policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Experience in evaluating UM team performance and providing feedback
