Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Account Manager (Strategic Accounts) to provide dedicated technical support and account management for key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end support for strategic customers, exceeding their expectations
  • Coordinate internal processes to improve service levels and customer relationships
  • Provide training and mentorship to Support Account Managers on platform knowledge and support ticket handling

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working with large multinational clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and a customer-first mentality
  • Experience in a high-level collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in the mobile industry or a keen interest in mobile communications is a plus
