Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to drive customer satisfaction and provide application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle support queries through various channels while meeting established SLA response times
- Provide application support for basic product functionality and troubleshoot product issues
- Maintain organized case documentation and contribute to the knowledge base with solution documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Entry-level support experience preferred
- Basic understanding of cloud-based services (SaaS) and cash management
- Commitment to obtain one product certification within an agreed timeframe
- Experience in a support role for a software company is a plus
